As part of this commitment, we are pleased to announce the release of our updated Anti-Fraud, Bribery & Corruption Policy, effective June 2024. This policy underscores our zero-tolerance approach towards fraud, bribery, and corruption, ensuring that our operations remain fair, honest, and transparent.
The primary objectives of the policy are to:
Minimize financial and reputational damage to Kingspan.
Ensure compliance with anti-fraud, anti-bribery, and anti-corruption laws across all jurisdictions where we operate.
Protect Kingspan, its directors, and employees from severe penalties, including financial losses, fines, and imprisonment.
